Wilmington, DE. – Fatmir “Frank” Jasharaj was recently made partner in PanGro Development.
Frank joins PanGro Development as a partner, bringing a continued commitment of trust and quality to our clients. He will continue to be responsible for overseeing projects, teams, and daily operations.
With his fifteen years of experience, Frank has been instrumental in positioning PanGro for growth with his skills in carpentry, design, and project management. He learned he had an eye for craftsmanship at a young age from his family upbringing in Kosovo. Frank moved to the United States as a young adult, attended Westwood College and began his professional career in construction in 2006 on the Dover Air Force base. Frank also worked in the Mid Atlantic area with State, a commercial contractor, and later as a regional manager for Carfaro, a custom architectural railing company. Wanting to be closer to his family, Frank moved to Wilmington in 2015 and began work as a carpenter at PanGro Development. His eye for quality and his intense work ethic were not missed by the team here who began adding to Frank’s daily responsibilities.
The PanGro family congratulates Frank in his new role and we look forward to the new opportunities to come!
